I liked the part about embracing adrenaline because I agree with what they said. I think being a little nervous and having that energy isn't a bad thing with public speaking. I feel like that's what makes the rush and excitement of getting up and speaking to a group of people. -Hannah Hendricks
I think his points about preparation are important. He seemed to have a good set of ideas that he wanted to deliver on the interview, but I couldn't help but notice that he seemed a bit nervous himself, stumbling over his words etc. I guess the moral of the story is that it happens to the best of us!! It's just a matter of learning how to control it.
